In Short

We're a physician-led practice built around a simple idea: good care starts with understanding the whole person, not just treating a symptom or chasing a cosmetic goal in isolation. Here's who we are, what we offer, and a few health fundamentals we come back to with nearly every patient.

Who we are

Front Range Wellness & Aesthetics is led by Dr. Bradley J. Reedy, DO — a board-certified family medicine physician with more than twenty years in practice. For a long time, this practice was known primarily for aesthetics: injectables, laser treatments, body contouring. That work continues, and we're proud of it. But over the past couple of years we've been building something broader alongside it, because the two are more connected than most people expect. How you feel often shows up on your face and in your body, and the reverse is just as true — the habits and hormones that shape how you age also shape how you feel day to day. This blog is where we'll talk about both halves of that, along with the evaluations, programs, and everyday health fundamentals that tie them together.

What we offer

Care at Front Range today falls into four connected areas. Family Medicine is our newest line here in Colorado Springs — everyday primary care, annual physicals, chronic disease management, and sick visits, staffed by our midlevel providers, so patients who want ongoing primary care alongside everything else don't have to go elsewhere for it. Regenerative Medicine covers our joint programs (platelet-rich plasma and related therapies for osteoarthritis and overuse injuries), men's and women's sexual health programs, and our longevity and peptide programs — all physician-supervised, starting with an evaluation rather than a prescription. Functional Medicine looks at the whole system — hormones, metabolism, gut health, sleep, and stress — to understand what's actually driving how you feel, with full programs run through Dr. Reedy's dedicated functional medicine practice. And Aesthetics & Skin Care remains a core part of who we are: injectables, laser treatments, medical facials, and body contouring, performed by physicians and licensed aestheticians. Different patients come to us for different reasons, and plenty of people end up using more than one of these once they see how they connect.

A few things we believe about good health

Across every one of these specialties, a handful of fundamentals come up again and again. None of this is exotic advice — you've probably heard versions of it before — but it's worth repeating, because it's genuinely where most of the leverage is.

  • Sleep is foundational, not optional. Most adults need seven to nine hours a night, and chronically short or poor-quality sleep affects hormone levels, appetite regulation, mood, and how well your body recovers from anything — a workout, an injury, a stressful week. If we had to pick one habit to fix first, for most people, it would be this one.
  • Movement matters more than any single workout. Consistency beats intensity: a daily walk and two to three strength-training sessions a week will do more for your long-term health than an occasional hard workout followed by weeks of nothing. Strength training in particular becomes more important, not less, as you get older.
  • Nutrition is about patterns, not perfection. We're not going to hand you a rigid meal plan and call it a day. What tends to matter most is the pattern over weeks and months: enough protein, mostly whole foods, and limiting ultra-processed food most of the time — not eliminating any one thing entirely.
  • Stress management is a medical issue, not a lifestyle add-on. Chronic stress has measurable effects on hormones, inflammation, sleep, and blood pressure. If stress has been a constant in your life for a long time, it's worth bringing up at a visit, not just something to push through.
  • Preventive care catches problems early, while they're still easy to address. Annual labs and checkups matter even when — especially when — you feel fine. Several of the conditions we treat are far easier to manage when caught before they've become a problem you can feel.

Where this is headed

These fundamentals aren't separate from the programs described above — they're the foundation underneath all of them. A joint program works better when you're sleeping and moving well. Hormone therapy is evaluated in the context of your whole health picture, not prescribed in isolation. That's the throughline across everything we do here, and it's the lens this blog will keep coming back to.

If something here applies to your own situation and you'd like to talk it through, that's what a consultation is for.
